About Franklin Home Builders Inc

Franklin Home Builders Inc. was founded by Shad and Robin Franklin. Shad, a licensed general contractor with experience in both residential and commercial construction, began his building career in 1998. Franklin Home Builders Inc. specializes in large, upscale custom homes, with projects frequently exceeding the $800,000 range.

In addition to high-end custom homes, we also build quality homes tailored to first-time homeowners, empty nesters with unique needs, and seniors requiring accessible living solutions. Our services also include a range of remodeling projects—from roofing and kitchen or bathroom renovations to full home additions.

Shad is a graduate of Belmont Abbey College, holding dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Mathematics and Business. Robin is a graduate of Appalachian State University, with a BA in Mass Communications, concentrating in Public Relations, Media Advertising, and Marketing.
